Personnel
Direct supervision of all employees and independent contractors
Handle Workers Comp and other insurance claims
Perform annual employee reviews
Calculate and pay all payroll taxes, Workers Comp premiums and other benefits, and prepare quarterly and year-end payroll tax reports
Prepare payroll and maintain employee records
 
Management
Provide management and maintenance expertise
Negotiate and contract with outside sources
Periodic inspections of building
Attend all board meetings
Implement repairs and replacements to the building, grounds, fixtures, and furnishings as reflected in the annual budget
Act as the liaison between the Board, HUD, PHFA, PMAM and other government agencies and attend all inspections
